Being a child of God, we are naturally promised His blessings and gifts. What an honor and privilege that is?! We should rejoice in being able to receive God’s best! We want it all, right?!
However, as we grow in relationship with God the Father and Christ the Savior, we recognize that we are not only recipients of God’s promises, we are also burdened with persecution, trials, and tribulations. We experience the impact of weapons as they are formed against us.
Wanting all that God has for you comes with promises and blessings and problems and persecutions. All that He has for you involves trials and triumphs. And sometimes God’s best is best experienced when we have encountered the pang of a weapon that has formed against us.
We are here to tell you, friend, all that God has for you involves trials. All that God has for you involves suffering. All that God has for you involves some suffering. However, take refuge in the fact that He is not here to beat us down and it does not make Him glad to see us suffer, quite the contrary! He knows that trials weaken the flesh but strengthen the spirit. He knows that overcoming obstacles helps us understand the meaning of victory. He knows that with suffering we develop a deeper and more intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit as our Comforter.
Should we still want all He has for us?! Absolutely! We may suffer but He promises to strengthen and restore us! We may experience rejection but He knows that He will confirm us and we will be accepted by Him. We may suffer but we are blessed! He knows that the persecution experienced on Earth cannot begin to compare to the eternal glory that awaits us in Heaven.
Let’s want ALL that God has for us! Even if we have to proclaim it with fear and trembling. No matter the weapon, it won’t prosper. No matter the obstacles, we will more than conquer it. No matter the fire, it will not consume us.
Our Father in glory has a crown of life that awaits us.

Faith requires action. Have you ever heard yourself saying, “I believe God”? If so, how do you live that out? Are your next steps bold and brave or small and scared? Are you moving beyond “hoping” the Lord hear your prayers to knowing that He hears your prayers? Do you speak His promises loud and proud or nervously?
Faith is an action word. You must say AND do! After you shout, “I believe you God”, you must live out that statement. You must be willing to trust God in a big way! You have to start writing, start filming, and start walking.
Believing God for healing? You must be committed to a healthier lifestyle. Believing God for the business? Start taking those classes. Believing God for a husband? Begin preparing yourself to be a wife. We must show and prove! We actively demonstrate our faith in God by preparing ourselves for the move of God. We must prove that we trust God by beginning to execute the vision He provides.
Without the work, faith is dead. The Word tells us so…
Active faith testifies to the capability of God. Make no mistake, He is GOOD and CAPABLE all by Himself! However, a world that does not know Him will never know just how amazing He is if we do not operate as the ambassadors and high priests we are. Our faith is used to testify of His Good News. Our faith eloquently preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ! It’s time to show and prove to a dying and fear-filled world! Show and prove by your works! Those steps lead to a testimony of our Father!
Friends, your prayers and preparation tell of your faith. Your focus and drive speaks to the faithfulness of Christ our Lord. Your commitment, no matter what they say and what you see, echoes the message of the cross.
It’s time to show and prove!

You, my friend, have praying power! Yes, Sister Johnson may scream and shout. Yes, Sister Smith may speak in tongues. Neither of those ladies nor any other prayer powerhouses in your life takes away from the power that YOU possess!
The enemy wants you to believe that your prayers won’t be heard. He wants you to believe that God does not care about you or your prayers. He is a liar, please do not fall for his schemes. The less you pray, the further you are away from God.
Keep praying, continue to seek God. Your prayers ARE changing things! Your prayers is changing YOU! Healing, deliverance, and restoration are found in your prayers. Salvation, forgiveness, and mercy are found in your prayers.
Sisters Helping Sisters would like to give you the opportunity to use your praying power! On Saturday, February 29th at 9am EST, we will be holding a prayer call. This serves as a time to pray for the sisters in our lives as prayer is the most important step in helping others! Join in if you can! The number is (425) 436-6200 and the access code is 827208. All we ask is for you to have a prepared heart and the name of one lady whom you would like to prayer for. It can absolutely be your name!
If you can’t join in, let us know how we can pray for you! You can drop your requests in the comment section or feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
