Massages are considered to be therapeutic. They can help one become more flexible, help one relax, and can be a tool to alleviate pain and discomfort. With the right touch and pressure, a stuffy nose can be resolved, a stiff shoulder can move without pain, and a fussy baby can be sent to a peaceful sleep.
Christians need massage therapy. Not in the context of the world’s perception of massages but we need our hearts to be massage. Hearts become heartened for a number of reasons: trauma, failed relationships, toxic friendships, and the list goes on. We are warned about guarding our hearts because from them flow the wellspring of life. How can anything flow from a hardened place? We need some massage therapy and who better than to go to the Kings of King for His loving touch?

Oh how we need the Father to massage our tender hearts with His love and care?! A stony heart cannot be penetrated with the power of God’s Word. A heart of stone cannot produce living water. A heart of stone must be submitted to God for a heart of flesh.
The Lord wants us to love Him endlessly. He wants us to care for others tremendously. And we cannot do that without some massage therapy from the Father. Our softened hearts leads us to being submissive. A softened heart is led to repentance. A heart of flesh facilitates true worship.
Friend, you may have been harden by the ills of this world. You may have been hurt and abused. You may have experienced trauma. Turn to the Father for massage therapy!
Peace and Blessings
Amen, very inspiring. Agree “The Lord wants us to love Him endlessly. He wants us to care for others tremendously. And we cannot do that without some massage therapy from the Father.” Have a great day/night and remain safe.
