“The wealthiest place in the world is not the gold mines of South America or the oil fields of Iraq or Iran. They are not the diamond mines of South Africa or the banks of the world. The wealthiest place on the planet is just down the road. It is the cemetery. There lie buried companies that were never started, inventions that were never made, bestselling books that were never written, and masterpieces that were never painted. In the cemetery is buried the greatest treasure of untapped potential.” Myles Munroe
It should be our life’s mission to die empty. The phrase “you can’t take it with you” usually is applied to money and wealth. However, let’s consider that from a different perspective.
You should not take that devotional with you. You should not take that childcare center with you. You should not take that life-changing coaching business with you. Leave this world empty. Be the vessel created for honorable use. Let’s consider the Word:
Be that vessel for the Lord! The world is in need of your gifts, talents, and passion. The world is in need of that school for young men. The world needs that center for teen parents. There are treasures within you that will change the world.
You are a vessel and your contents are life changing. Your contents were created for honorable use and the Lord has need of you. The Lord wants to use you for His glory and your good. Do not hold on to that wisdom, that discernment, and those powerful revelations, they cannot benefit the kingdom in your grave.
Deplete the contents of your vessel. The Lord, your children, your community has need of them.
Peace and Blessings
